- Description
The TC55H Offline CNC Controller is a digital control system designed for use with CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine tools. It can control motion along four axes and has a maximum interpolation period of 2 milliseconds. The TC55H Offline CNC Controller is equipped with a 3.5-inch color LCD display with a pixel resolution of 320×240. It has a single-axis linear interpolation output pulse of 400 kHz, a circular interpolation output pulse of 300 kHz, and a 4-axis linear interpolation output pulse of 350 kHz.
The TC55H Offline CNC Controller also has an analog spindle output capability, allowing it to control a single 0- 10V analog spindle, such as a variable frequency drive (VFD) or a servo drive. The controller has a system resolution of 1μm, 10μm, or 100μm, depending on the specific application. It is responsible for reading and interpreting G code programs, which contain instructions for the machine tool to follow to produce a specific part or shape, and it is also responsible for controlling the motion of the machine’s cutting tools and other components, as well as monitoring and controlling various parameters of the machining process.
