We are unable to control the delivery time because it is processed by third party service, but if the parcel has not arrive within expected time, please contact us. Our store reserve the right to determine the best shipping method and carrier available. If you have any special requirements, such as declare name or price, please leave a message for us. We will handle it ASAP.

Buyers are responsible for additional COD charges, VAT, brokerage fees, duty, or custom fees and taxes. Shipping charges will be calculated when you check out. Paycnc.com doesn't take the responsibility for delays and extra charges that may occur during custom inspections of the international shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. It is the buyer's responsibility for the cost of return shipping
