What is FANUC 417 alarm?
Servo alarm 417, n-TH axis - servo illegal DGTL parameter, generally caused by the incorrect setting value of the digital servo parameter.
How to rule out the cause of FANUC 417 alarm?
This alarm occurs when the nth axis (axis 1-8) is in one of the following conditions.
The value set in parameter No.2020 (FANUC motor type) exceeds the specified limit. (The value setting corresponding to the motor model is wrong)
The value in parameter No.2022 (motor rotation direction) is not set, and the correct value is (111 or -111).
Parameter No.2023 illegal data (the number of speed feedback pulses per motor rotation is lower than 0, etc.).
Parameter No.2024 illegal data (the number of position feedback pulses per motor rotation is less than 0, etc.).
Parameters No.2084 and No.2085 (flexible excitation gear ratio) are not set.
Limit value or discontinuous value exceeding {1 to number of controlled axes} (parameter No.1023 (servo axis number) contains a value outside the range of 1 to the number of axes, or an isolated value (for example, 4 is not 3).
