The troubleshooting logic for this fault deviated from the conventional emergency stop and shutdown approach.
Troubleshooting revealed that the cutter arm AC contactor was continuously engaged. Disconnecting the cutter arm relay and shutting off the main power supply did not resolve the issue. Disconnecting the AC contactor wiring restored normal operation.
The fault was determined to be caused by a short circuit due to a burnt-out relay module.
After replacing the relay module, the cutter changing function returned to normal. The entire repair process revolved around the core issue of the cutter arm's continuous rotation, progressively identifying and resolving the fault.
