Q: The display movement of X axis is not equal to the actual movement, for example, when we use MPG or manual to move the X axis by 2mm, the actual movement of X axis by dial gage is only 1.05mm, and when move it by 10mm, the actual movement is only 5.25mm, how to solve this problem?
A: The movement errors are proportional, you could adjust the electronic gear ratio of X driver to solve this.
