Spindle or Inverter Abnormal Alarm

We have a lathe machine equipped with GSK980TDc lathe CNC controller, the CNC alarms every time as soon as it connects to PC, the alarm is: Spindle or Inverter Abnormal Alarm

And the alarm will be removed after disconnect the cable between CNC and PC, what's the problem?

If there is no alarm on AC servo spindle driver or the inverter, then the problem should come from the cable, please change another cable and try again.
