Hello sir, our GSK cnc controller shows below letters on the screen, what should we do? how to resolve this?

There are two possibilities:
1- The cnc controller was locked by someone, you need to ask the password to unlock the cnc controller
2- If no one locked the cnc controller, then the mainboard inside the cnc might be corroded, need to replace with a new mainboard.
