Turret Rotates When Tool Number Is Entered, but No Response When the Tool Change Button Is Pressed

This fault only affects manual tool change. Automatic tool change operates normally, so the issue is usually concentrated in the manual tool change signal circuit.

Hall Sensor Misaligned with the Magnet Block

Typical symptom:
After pressing the tool change button, the turret starts to rotate briefly, then immediately reverses and stops.

Solution:
Adjust the position of the signal disc so that the center of the Hall sensor is perfectly aligned with the center of the magnet.

Manual Tool Change Button Failure

Diagnostic method:
Use a multimeter to check continuity while pressing the tool change button.

Solution:
Replace the faulty operator panel button or replace the entire operator panel if necessary.
