How to solder a connector to a MPG?
Video on Youtube

Identify the MPG pinout (A, B, +5V, GND, Enable, etc.).
Use the correct connector that matches your CNC controller or pendant.
Strip and tin the wire ends before soldering.
Use a fine-tip soldering iron (around 320–350°C) and rosin-core electronic solder.
Slide heat-shrink tubing onto the wires before soldering, then shrink it to insulate each connection.
Verify continuity with a multimeter before plugging the MPG into the controller.

If the MPG uses crimp terminals (such as JST, Molex, or D-sub connectors), crimping the terminals is preferred over soldering because it provides better mechanical reliability.

Paycnc offers all kinds of MPG (Manual Pulse Generator)
