The encoder on this servo motor does not require position marking.

The rear cover was removed to expose the encoder; as the encoder was seized, it was removed along with its mounting base. Subsequent testing confirmed the encoder was in good working order.

The screws were removed to take out the front and rear bearings; the old bearings are shown here.

After reassembling the components, the encoder zero-point was calibrated. The motor then underwent self-learning and testing with the drive, completing the entire repair process.

Encoder testing: Results indicated the encoder was functioning normally.

Bearing replacement: Screws removed to extract old bearings; new bearings installed.
