The fault in this tool holder is not due to missing parts, but rather an error during assembly.

Disassembly revealed that the core issue was the T-threaded rod being screwed in too far—a malfunction caused by improper assembly performed by the customer.

All bearings have been replaced. When reassembling the tool body, stop as soon as the sound of the gears meshing is heard to prevent the rod from being screwed in too far again.

There is a small locating pin near the retaining ring; ensure it is not left out during assembly.
