Err-13 Err-17 on DAP03

Good day
I have a DAP03 AC spindle servo drive and a motor model ZJY208-5.5BM [B5, B35] I have been getting alarm Err-13 and sometimes Err-17.
I have used your manual instructions to try and resolve the issue but have had no success.
Please advise what I need to do and also if you have recommended settings of the drive for this setup.

The motor brake or the motor itself could be broken, need to replace a new one.
