Cutting Errors of CNC Lathe
Q: Our CNC lathe has cutting errors, when using No.3 tool, the error is about 0.01mm~0.02mm, when using No.1, 2 and 4 tool, the error is even bigger 0.04~0.06mm, the machine is equipped with GSK 980 TDb controller.
A: These error should come from the positioning of the 4 station tool post, please adjust the tool post.
